College Admin

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised College Admin to provide essential administrative support across multiple departments within our West London college.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy educational environment and supporting teams to deliver high-quality services to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across college departments
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including student and staff information
- Assist with timetable, enrolment, and general office administration tasks
- Respond to enquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders
- Support departmental reporting and data input requirements
- Contribute to the smooth running of college operations as required
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within an education setting
- Experience using MIS systems is preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
